HOW DOES YOUR DELIVERY SERVICE WORK?
We know how important it is to receive your goods when you expect them, especially if you have ordered something for a specific occasion and we use a large network of couriers to deliver goods from ROSINAPERFUMERY.com to all over the world.
We allocate the courier we believe will deliver your order to you in the quickest time depending on the size and weight of your parcel.
If you are ordering for delivery outside of GREECE we suggest you have goods delivered to a work address rather than a home address, as our couriers only deliver between 7am-9pm, and may require a signature on receipt.
As the parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives with us, remember to ask for proof of postage, so if your parcel goes missing in the mail, you’ll have proof you’ve sent it.
If you are ordering from a non EU country , you parcel may stop at customs of your country.
PRICES
All prices are indicated in Euros (EUR). The applicable prices are those indicated on the Site at the time the Consumer places his/her order. These costs are inclusive of all taxes, with the exception of the costs and duties related to transport, which will be invoiced in addition.
At any time, ROSINA reserves the right to change its prices, without any further formality other than posting the modifications on the Site. However, such changes will not affect orders accepted by ROSINA before the changes come into effect, subject to the availability of the Products ordered.
These prices do not include shipping costs, which are invoiced to the Consumer in addition to the price of the Products purchased. The shipping costs will be indicated before the Consumer places the order.
Furthermore, the prices announced on the Site do not take into account customs duties and other costs that may be associated with the import of the Products.
ROSINA therefore advises Consumers to contact the local authorities to obtain, in addition, import taxes and duties.
The prices are inclusive of Value Added Tax (GREEK VAT).
Orders shipped to certain locations will have import taxes (including duty, VAT and other Customs charges, where applicable) added to them at the point of entry to the delivery country. This isn't a price we are able to advise on or take responsibility for. Your local Tax Office will be able to offer further advice on these charges.
